I have some marketing people in our organisation that uses Mac as a personal preference for their home computer. However they are annoying to support when they expect that a Mac will work the same way a Windows machine will.
Here's my example, I have setup citrix to fall back to Java when they users doesnt have the Native client installed ( also gave them the option to install the Native client ). They always complain that citrix doesnt work with their Mac and Safari browser.
They get the following error:
The quickest solution was to get them to either Intall Firefox and launch the published app from there, or get them to install the Citrix reciever native client. The problem lies somewhere in Apples Key chain and I wont even go there with these Mac users to resolve this for them.
