Remote Desktop Support with Hamachi and TightVNC

Occasionally I have to support users that are in remote areas or do not have a proper VPN client connection back to our network. I use the following solution which is free.

You have to install Hamachi and TightVNC on both sites and connect to a network via Hamachi which you create. Once your both on the hamachi private network, you can remote control the other PC via TightVNC.

Install TightVNC

 Download TightVNC from

 http://www.tightvnc.com/download.html

and Install.
