So to get the ntprint.inf and i386 for 32bit system for windows 2008R2 server i have had to get it from a windows 7 32bit system.
It can be found in the following folder on your windows 7 machine.
OR you can download it from my site here, I have zipped it up and renamed it as
x86_ntprint.inf_Win732.zip need to unzip file
C:Windowswinsxs
what you need to look for is this folder
x86_ntprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_3ad6f3251c0676a9
Now in windows 2008, server manager. Expand console to printer drivers and add Drivers. Locate your printer driver and when asked for the nptrint, point to the folder from Windows 7.
Then you should be able to install it the NT, x86 drivers.
